Refund policy

We attempt to provide product description as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, depictions, colors, dimensions, ingredient lists or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors will be corrected. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We do not accept returns based on that the product offered is not as described.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the fulfillment date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Marble Press does not cover return shipping costs. If you made your purchase from Amazon, Bookshop.com, Barnes and Noble, and any online store other than Marble Press Book Store, please initiate your return with them under their return policy.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can address the issue.

We will notify you once your return is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@marblepress.com.

Delayed Orders

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. However, we are not responsible for the distributor’s or shipping provider’s delay.
